Company: Smoothstone IP (acquired by West IP)

Challenge: As a mid-stage startup Smoothstone IP had products that it offered as a channel partner and custom built products. It need a clear view of the current products, and how they could be improved.

Solution: First, an effort was made to interview the staff and ‘find’ all the products in the company. After this inventory was done, a three month roadmap for each product was created. The first step was to unify all the products under one brand identity.

Timeframe: 4 months

Results: After the initial steps with the products were complete, a full-time product manager role was established.
