Challenge: V-Soft Consulting wanted to establish a Workday area of practice in their managed services and staffing. This meant growing a practice from the start.

Solution: As part of a broader strategy we created a go-to-market strategy that included becoming a Workday partner. This meant accessing current consultants to find Workday experience, hiring new consultants, establishing partners that could help secure a partnership, and gaining the needed experience in cloud services.

Timeframe: 5 months

Results: Over the course of five months we had established a Workday champion inside Workday to help guide us through the partnership process, and had several new Workday consultants on staff.
