Challenge: There is an eroding donor and patron base for arts organizations as legacy members are replaced with a new member segments that consume the arts in different ways.

Solution: The Fund issued an RFP, and several Louisville agencies responded. The Fund selected me as their partner for the project. The project was completed through an initial phase of intake, stakeholder interviews, and some wire framing.

The complete project was not completed, and the delivered work helped the Fund find the clarity they needed to solicit volunteers to complete the app.

Timeframe: 3 months

Results: The Fund for the Arts leadership had more project clarity, project maturity, and a better understanding of how to buy technical services.
