The Sunny Side Of Louisville
Falls of the Ohio, on the sunny side of Louisville. The kids and I went to the Falls today, and spent some time hiking through the fossil beds. I was lucky enough to catch a yellow finch on camera. The Falls is one of my favorite ‘natural’ places in the Louisville area, especially when the river is low.
The stark contrast between the old rocks and the new life that emerges from the newly created pools of water helps me appreciate the life between the spectrums of the life cycle.
